1) How much does shipping cost? Can I choose to self pick-up?

We provide a few shipping options. Local registered tracked mail is highly recommended at a flat fee of $4. However, you can still opt for local normal untracked mail at a flat fee of $2. (take note this will be at your own risk!).

For orders $30 and above, we provide free local normal untracked mail. For more security and quality assurance, we suggest you just go with local registered tracked mail at $4 only!

We do not provide any self pick-up options.

2) What payment methods do you accept?

For online orders, available payment methods include all major Credit Cards, PayNow, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and ShopPay.

3) Do you ship overseas?

We currently do not ship overseas. However, if you wish to see or distribute our beautiful pieces in your state / country, you can drop us an enquiry at info@doubledgratitude.com or contact us via Telegram at (+65) 8889 7055.

4) How are items shipped out?

All items will be protected in bubble-wrap and shipped out in a polymailer via local unregistered mail unless you opt for registered mail at checkout. 

5) How long does mailing take?

We mail out items within 3 working days. Items usually take around 3-4 days to arrive. Please do check with SingPost for more details.

6) Will I be able to track my mail and what if it gets lost?

Normal mail is a shipping service provided by SingPost without tracking and the parcel will be dropped into your mailbox. We highly recommend registered mail as we are not liable for any lost parcels if normal mail is opted during checkout.

In the event you do not receive your mail, you can consider checking your mailbox, or if any family members in your household has collected it for you from the mailbox.

7) What is registered mail and how does it work?

Registered mail is a shipping service with tracking service. Doubled Gratitude provides the option of registered tracked mail during checkout at a flat fee of $4.

A Registered Service number will be allocated to you after your items are shipped out. The 9-digit number starting with "RA" and ends with "SG" can be used to verify the status of your mail. The Registered Service number appears in the following format: RA99999999SG (where 9 represents a digit).

8) Do you provide exchange or refunds for items purchased?

All products have been carefully curated and packaged to ensure the best quality items reach you. Exchanges / Refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis. You can check our Exchange Policy on how to process an exchange.

9) Are your products safe to use? 

Our products are generally made using skin-friendly alloys commonly found in other similar items elsewhere. However, since allergy issues differ from person to person, we suggest getting 1-2 piece(s) first to try and if it works for you, you can come back for more.

All products are sterilised using FDA-compliant devices before package and delivery.

10) How are your products handled?

We take extra care in making sure your products are of the best quality. However, some small scratches may inadvertently appear on the accessories. The true colour of an item and its size may also vary due to lighting, as well as discrepancies during photo-taking, and precision of the manufacturing process.

Doubled Gratitude will not be liable if you have purchased or received our merchandise from a third party.

11) I want to purchase it as a gift for someone else. How can I have it delivered to the person?

All deliveries will be made to the address provided upon checkout. Do be careful in filling in your recipient's address upon checkout to ensure your gift is received in a safe and timely manner. (Don't forget to add a Greeting Card!)

12) How does the E-Gift Vouchers work?

The gift voucher is a unique promo code that will be emailed to you upon payment of the order. Gift cards of $25, $50, $75 and $100 are available for sale. If you would like to purchase for more or have them mailed to your recipients, you can kindly arrange with us via Telegram at (+65) 8889 7055. 13) How to use the E-Gift vouchers or discount codes?

Step 1: Login to DG Friends.
Step 2: Add your desired products to the shopping cart.
Step 3: Key in the voucher code in the "Discount / Voucher Code" field at checkout.

Kindly note that:

  1. No refund (cash or equivalent) will be given for any unused value.
  2. E-Gift Vouchers are valid for a year from the date of purchase.
  3. E-Gift Vouchers are strictly non-transferrable and validity non-extendable.
  4. E-Gift Vouchers are not applicable for purchase of other E-Gift Vouchers.
