Exchange Policy: ONLY for defective accessories

When you purchase a stunning piece, to us, you’re no longer a stranger but a friend. And so, we take great care in ensuring each and every piece reaches you in the best possible condition. However, should we overlook any product issues, or should Mr SingPostman make a blunder, we seek your understanding in allowing us to rectify the issue (after all, friends are human too!)

We allow exchanges for defective accessories that is being defined by us:

(1) Manufacturing defects such as spoilt ear hooks

(2) For resin products, the resin has changed colour in less than 6 months from the date of purchase

(3) Broken or damaged pieces within 7 days of purchase

Unfortunately, we do not do refunds at the moment. In any of the aforementioned occurrences, the value of the piece will be given in the form of a unique promo code for you to purchase another piece of your choice. Do note that if the new piece is more than the value of the code, the balance will be payable by you upon checkout.
